To qualify as a tenant, all applicants (including co-applicants) must meet the following requirements:
Income: Monthly income must meet the required threshold to support the rent.
Background & Credit Check: Applicants must pass a background and credit check with acceptable results.
Application: A full application must be completed through our online portal, including uploading current check stubs.
Application Fee: Background and credit screenings are processed through Zillow, and applicants are responsible for the application fee paid directly through their platform. Upon approval, the following must be submitted within three business days to secure the rental: Prorated rent (if applicable), any applicable moving costs, and a security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent.
Our minimum lease terms vary by space type: Residential Rentals: A 12-month lease is required, with the option to renew at the end of the lease term.
Office Space: A minimum 12-month lease is required. After the initial term, tenants may transition to a month-to-month lease at a higher monthly rate.
Podcast Studio: The studio can be booked for a minimum of two hours per session.
